The challenge
Product brands often inherit a theme, a payment gateway, and a pile of apps that fight each other. Koneline needed an e-commerce experience that felt like the brand — fast catalog browsing, clear product stories, and a checkout path that doesn’t abandon mid-cart.
What we did
We built the commerce layer end to end:
- Catalog & merchandising — products organized the way customers shop, not the way inventory is stored.
- Checkout clarity — fewer surprises, clearer totals, and a path tuned for completion.
- Performance basics — image weight, page speed, and mobile-first flows as product requirements, not a later audit.
What we did differently
We treated the store as a product, not a CMS skin. Information architecture, cart behavior, and mobile layout were decided together — so marketing pages and purchase flows don’t feel like two different companies.
The outcome
A working e-commerce storefront ready for real traffic — catalog, checkout, and brand presentation under one coherent build.
